NeoHealth wins best PCN Newcomer!

We’re elated to share the news that a West London primary care network (PCN) has won a national award for best newcomer.

At the 11th annual GP Awards, the network was commended for its work on COPD management in the community.

The setup of PCNs in West London has been an integral part of the Federation’s function to support our local primary care services.
