The London Medical Associates hosts a range of roles on behalf of primary care. NHS England supports the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme to enable a range of skilled professionals to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team across our Primary Care Networks and in practice settings.

The LMA provides both HR hosting functions for these staff and mentoring, coaching, and training supervision. They are supported through the West London Training Hub.
