Positive survey results from patients

Twice a year, the Federation conducts a patient satisfaction survey to monitor the quality of Enhanced Services (formerly Out of Hospital) across West London. We’re pleased to share some of our results below.

Why was this conducted?

As the administrator for Enhanced Services across West London, the Federation performs satisfaction surveys at regular intervals to ensure quality delivery.

Practices are required to participate in this survey as part of their Out of Hospital services contract and is also used in the overarching contract report.

The results of this survey are collated and presented for review here.

The format of the survey has changed since the previous one was conducted, limiting the ability to compare performance year on year. Where direct comparators are available, they have been highlighted below.

The Federation has committed to maintaining the same survey format for another 12 months to enable clear comparison if further studies are to be conducted.
