How long have you worked for West London GP Federation? 

I’ve worked at the Federations since May 2021 on a part-time basis and then joined the team full-time from September 2021. Having a supportive and driven senior management team was instrumental in my decision to move over permanently.

How have you found working at the West London GP Federation?

The changeover to Federation working was quite drastic from General Practice, but I’ve been encouraged to learn and thrive within this new environment with our supportive and innovative management team.

What makes the West London GP federation different from other companies you have worked for?

The democracy behind workplace and service changes has become quite apparent through my time here. Although we have a clear hierarchal management structure, the team are encouraged to be actively involved in decision making, and their input is always valid. It is, as the company is named, a Federation.
