Survey results incoming!

We’ve had an overwhelming response from our latest enhanced services satisfaction survey. We are still working through over 500 responses that you sent in over just two weeks and have been really pleased to see an incredibly positive experience by the vast majority of our patients.

We look forward to sharing more formal results with you soon as we put the finishing touches to our data and start writing our final report.

Special commendation must go to our colleagues at Holland Park Surgery and North Kensington Medical Centre for submitting a staggering 66 responses each! That’s over 9 responses a day.
