Federation launches largest ever survey

The Federation is preparing to launch its largest ever patient satisfaction survey for enhanced services. These services that include ECGs, blood tests and 24 hour blood pressure monitoring are provided by practices across the Federation.

In a bi-annual activity, the Federation seeks to gain information on how well perceived these services are to local patients and the Summer/Autumn 2019 survey kicks off on Monday 17th June for two weeks.

The information collected about these services is compiled and reported on to assess any areas of improvement and share outstanding practice with our wider community.
