I started work at the beginning of September 2021

How have you found working at the West London GP Federation?

There is a strong emphasis on patient experience and understanding patient needs.  There is excellent teamwork within and across teams and a culture of learning and improvement. I can work flexibly and autonomously, knowing that I have the support of a strong core leadership team.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I love that every day is different. I get the opportunity to work directly with primary care teams in practices and Primary Care Networks, with colleagues from mental health, community nursing and the local authority, and the voluntary and community.
